Mixed experience
Good: Mostly clean; adequately furnished; well-stocked; great wifi; minimal noise from adjoining unit. Not-so-good: Had to scrub layers of grease off the stovetop at move-in; washing machine wouldn't drain; the dishwasher leaked; the shower hot water went out for a week; persistent ant infestation in the bathroom. The appliances got fixed, but we still had several days of not being able to use them. We put up with cold showers for a week before saying anything (which is on us) - thankfully, that randomly resolved on its own, because the plumber never came. The owner did put out ant bait and sprayed outdoors, but the ants kept streaming in - LOTS of them. The owners were nice and apologetic, but the frustrations added up. We asked them to reduce or waive the $200 cleaning fee as some sort of concession for the multiple inconveniences - the $50 off honestly felt inadequate. Finally, the neighborhood is sketchy - not worth the <5 min commute. There are nicer areas nearby.
Best place in the area
I stayed in this place for almost 6 months, and never felt so comfortable while traveling. The place was cozy, the area was quiet and safe, very close to OU where I was working. Full kitchen, laundry corner, very nice furniture made this place a must have for travel nurses. The landlords are wonderful people, available, helpful, and respectful of their tenants, making sure to address any concern or request during your stay. I would rent here again.
Very Nice Space
I had a great experience living in this apartment. The unit was consistently clean, well-maintained, and very efficient in terms of layout and utilities. Everything worked as it should, which made day-to-day living easy and stress-free. Safe and quiet street. One of the biggest advantages was the location it was conveniently close to my workplace, saving me a lot of time on commuting. Overall, it was a comfortable, practical, and pleasant place to live, and I would happily recommend it to others. Landlord communication is top level, very responsive.
