Such a cute spot, and — refreshingly — exactly as advertised. After searching in Las Vegas where so many listings were nothing like the photos or descriptions and poorly maintained, finding a place that delivered on every promise was a huge relief. Jamie was extremely responsive, reliable, and always genuinely wanted to do the right thing. Any time a small appliance issue came up, he immediately arranged for the appropriate service provider to come out — no delays, no runaround. The complex itself is clean, well-maintained ans safe, which is honestly harder to find in Vegas than it should be. Highly recommend Jamie and this property to any traveling professional looking for a place they can actually count on.

Summerlin Spot

Jamie is the man. He helped me out numerous times during my year-long stay. Any issue -- whether it was the internet, heat, kitchen sink -- was immediately addressed and taken care of. The place is in really good shape, but if anything randomly needed to be repaired, it was always fixed instantly. The apartment is very nice and in a great location. You can tell Jamie is a really good dude and genuinely cares about the quality of your stay. He wants you to be comfortable and enjoy the time you have while renting from him. I highly recommend his place in Summerlin. And you won't find a guy who's nicer or easier to deal with. If you can put aside the fact that he's a Buffalo Bills fan, I don't see any reason you won't get along with him perfectly.
