Esparza Casa

Serene Setting & Perfect Location

South Bay Gem
I rented a room from Emily on two separate occasions as I was completing internships in the Bay Area. It was a wonderful place to live. Emily is friendly and flexible, and a wonderful and transparent communicator (zero drama). Her house is a true oasis in the South Bay. Its easily accessible to all traffic arteries, yet it definitely feels like you are next to nature in the foothills of the Santa Cruz Mountains. The house is clean and comfortable. Emily was happy to engage and chat when I was getting used to the area. When I was in crunch times, slipping in and going straight to my room to chill and go to bed was no problem, either.
