Great location + landlord

I had a great experience staying here! The place was very nice, clean, and had everything I needed. It was a great location and just a quick walk to the beach, which was a huge plus. It was the perfect stay for a traveler, and I would definitely stay here again if I'm ever in the area! The landlord was incredibly kind, responsive, and accommodating throughout my stay. He was always quick to respond to any questions and regularly checked in to make sure everything was going well. Unfortunately, my work contract was unexpectedly cut short by the facility, so I had to leave earlier than planned. He was very understanding and worked with me to make the situation as easy as possible. I really appreciated his kindness, communication, and willingness to work with me. I would absolutely recommend staying here!

PERFECT CONDO, even better landlord

I rented this unit while on a travel nursing assignment. The unit is pristine and equipped with everything you need. This unit is perfect for relaxing on your days off. Perfect views of the ocean. The complex is small and everyone that I met during my stay was super helpful. I felt extremely safe and knew the local tenants were always watching out for me. The complex is older but the unit is newly renovated and updated. I felt comfortable from the first day I arrived. I worked nights and had no trouble sleeping during the day. The unit was super clean and had a washer/ dryer/ laundry room that was so convenient with my busy work schedule. Relaxing at the pool and beach was so nice on my days off but The best part was the amazing landlord. I cant say enough about how much i appreciate the communication from Noel. He kept me updated on anything going on at the complex and was always a quick text away if I needed anything. The booking and payment processes were super easy!
