The Covington Flat

Fantastic rental experience

I spent the summer here at the Covington Overlook and couldn't be happier with the experience. The location is perfect for working downtown and is close to every thing Covington has to offer. Liz was super responsive as well and the property was well taken care of!

Such a perfect spot!!!

My wife and I lived here for 6 months with the previous owners and it was amazing! Apartment is absolutely perfect in every way and never failed to be awesome! When you lay in the bed with the bedroom door open and the blinds open, you look out at Carew And it's perfect! The only downfall was when you'd watch a Bengals or Reds game on TV, the broadcast delay failed me. Lol!!! I'd hear the fireworks for a TD or Homerun 10 seconds before the TV showed the score. Such a great place and I would have stayed forever. If you drink a lot, the stairs can be tricky lol!!!

The perfect space

This studio is decorated so cute. It's furnished with everything you need. I loved that I was able to park my car in a garage and the door to my apartment was right there. The area is very nice and safe. This is a perfect place for travelers.
