Cat urine in the carpet, false advertisement
She rented me a room with an overwhelming cat urine smell. Its not the room advertised even though I contacted her on FF. She was deceptive and it was her idea to do a virtual tour for that reason. The room also didn't have AC or a private bath as advertised. She also made rules: No laundry on Sunday w/o written permission, No using the kitchen or eating after 10 PM even though she cooks late and holds it up, no mail or packages to her home without permission. The cat urine smell was unbearable and she's aware that the carpet needs to be changed but hasn't. I asked for money back and she refused.
