Amazing Studio!

I really enjoyed my stay at this studio!!! It was fully furnished with a/c and parking space on site. You also had your own front porch to relax outdoor. One of the best things about this place is that it’s close to a lot of shopping stores, restaurants, gyms , and the highway. David is an excellent host that responds to any issues that occurs and offer great communication, no matter the time. I would definitely recommend staying here, very cozy place!

Great Value and Location

I stayed in this studio unit for 3 months while on my first clinical rotation for school. The space is small, but had everything I needed to live comfortably. Conveniently located inland, beaches were only a 20-30 minute drive away and there were a variety of food options even closer. David was a great landlord who was very responsive and checked in weekly to make sure I was doing ok. The few times I did need to contact him for problems, he got the job done within 1-2 days. Whether it be a quick getaway or an extended stay, I would highly recommend this spot to anybody visiting the San Diego area.
