The amazing thing about this house is the open space and how everything is beautifully put together. Most of the older homes in south Florida are compartmentalized. Rarely will you find so much ample space, and so functional, even in bigger homes. The four stools in the back of the counter, are a great spot for friends and family to stay together while food is prepared!

When you're in the kitchen cooking or washing in the sink, you are not isolated.
You can see and talk to everyone.

Next to the entry door is a desk with ample light and a comfortable office chair to work and write. Power outlets and USB Chargers everywhere!

Modern high-end Washer & dryer tower.

Patio with fan and light with protective screen. Peloton Bike is kept inside to be better protected by the elements. Its just nice to ride it outside sometimes, to sweat more and get a more natural feeling than the conditioned air.

Very nice back yard with a comfortable high-end outdoor sofa, and an armchair, in front of a table that is also a propane fireplace. They are always kept covered when not used, maintained like new. The view of the canal with the boats behind the palm trees provides serenity and peace all day long, but also under the moon at night!

The house has an incredible energy that everyone feels immediately as soon as you enter. It has been recently remodeled, renovated and designed professionally, with high end, expensive materials. Although more people could stay comfortably, I do not wish to have more than four guests.
Guests, although temporary, are expected to use the property with respect and care.
Same with water and power. The house has been recently remodeled and renovated to
high and modern standards.
All furniture and materials are high end, expensive, and not easily replaceable, so handling with care is expected.

Neighborhood overview

One of the nicest, quietest, and safest neighborhoods in Fort Lauderdale. All streets and at a Cul de Sac, and they are surrounded by water. So no through traffic and zero crime. Only the people who live here come here. Boater's community. Family environment, friendly, with great energy! Ramp to I595 and Turnpike is only a minute away. And downtown Las Olas only a few more minutes away. Best location, with easy access everywhere...
