The amazing thing about this house is the open space and how everything is beautifully put together. Most of the older homes in south Florida are compartmentalized. Rarely will you find so much ample space, and so functional, even in bigger homes. The four stools in the back of the counter, are a great spot for friends and family to stay together while food is prepared!

Patio with fan and light with protective screen. Peloton Bike is kept inside to be better protected by the elements. Its just nice to ride it outside sometimes, to sweat more and get a more natural feeling than the conditioned air.
Very nice back yard with a comfortable high-end outdoor sofa, and an armchair, in front of a table that is also a propane fireplace. They are always kept covered when not used, maintained like new. The view of the canal with the boats behind the palm trees provides serenity and peace all day long, but also under the moon at night!

All furniture and materials are high end, expensive, and not easily replaceable.

One of the nicest, quietest, and safest neighborhoods in Fort Lauderdale. All streets and at a Cul de Sac, and they are surrounded by water. So no through traffic and zero crime.
