Neighborhood overview
Nice, quiet and safe neighborhood with friendly, helpful and kind neighbors. Ample street parking. I bought this house in 2020, and have been enjoying it. Nice walking sidewalks in the neighborhood. Very good access to amenities. Hollister is considered a "bedroom community" for workers traveling to and from Salinas, Monterey, Los Banos, SJ, SF, etc. It has grown a lot, and is still growing. It is also the least expensive place...

My go to spot now
Bernadette was an amazing host. The home was clean and all occupants were considerate and friendly. I definitely will be staying again when I work in the area

Amazing Home & Host
Bernadette is an amazing, open and understanding host. And an even better human being. She makes you feel like family. My notables: - Spotless house (and she cleans herself, even though as adults we should clean up after ourselves) - Location in a perfect quiet neighborhood - Very communicative - Offers all the amenities (AND FOOD) - Gives you the space you need, but also welcomes you to enjoy time with her - Very quiet (that she seems like cat burglar. haha)

Stay at Bernadette's
Very friendly and kind landlord. The neighbourhood is peaceful and friendly. You can take walks at any time of day or night. I enjoyed my stay a lot

Friendly and thoughtful landlord. Neighborhood is nice and quiet. Beautiful garden in the front yard. I enjoyed my stay immensely.
