Private Basement with Gym & Kitchenette. Ideal for Extended Stays

Great stay

I stayed here for work summer - winter 2024. It was quiet, clean, well furnished, and very comfortable. The area is really quiet and its close to Green Mountain for hikes and a short drive to downtown Denver. Super close to red rocks. Amazing location. Elise was a fantastic landlord and made me feel very welcome and comfortable. Its a *very* large space for the price. Ive rented other apartments in the area and downtown and this place is palatial. Huge bed, very comfy. Good temp in both summer and snowy winter. Super nice stay!
