Coastal Haven

The apartment is a basement unit that daylights to a landscaped slope and distant views. Very private space for 1-2 guests. Nice entry patio with a fountain and fire pit. A private walk from parking, past a jasmine-covered fence, then down a few stairs to the entry patio leads to the front door.
