A little late review but perfect

If I could give 10 stars, I would. I moved here for work and wanted to be close to downtown, and this rental was everything I wanted and more. It’s in the heart of Avondale in West Ashley, only about 8 minutes from downtown Charleston and 15 minutes from Folly Beach. The location is amazing. There are restaurants, bars, Starbucks, yoga studios, and the West Ashley Greenway right behind it for walking, running, or biking. There’s even a new walkway connecting West Ashley to downtown, so you can walk or bike over. The rental itself has everything you need, with utilities included and a small backyard. The owner is incredibly accommodating and kind. It is on a busy road, but there’s a driveway, and honestly the bridge traffic to Mount Pleasant is worse. The area is growing fast, and in my opinion, it’s better than Mount Pleasant or Daniel Island. I would have stayed if it hadn’t already been rented out. This place is amazing. I actually miss staying there.. my dog missed it..

Perfect cute apartment and kind landlord!

I lived here the past month while completing a rotation at MUSC and this little house had everything I needed!! Full privacy with your own living area, kitchen with new full size appliances, brand new washer/dryer, hugeee closet, and complete temperature control. I loved this space and the location was very convenient getting to the hospital and surrounding areas. Niko is a wonderful landlord who was always willing to help and super kind and friendly! Thank you for having me
