I had a great stay at Phils place and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and really pleasant, which made it easy to relax. Phil himself is an awesome host, super friendly, welcoming, and genuinely fun to hang out with. The house has a great vibe, and as a bonus, theres a really nice cat named George who makes the stay even better. The location is super convenient too: theres a Walmart nearby for anything you might need, and its right by the airport, which makes travel incredibly easy. Overall, it was a comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable place to stay, and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Great House!

This house was a great place to stay during my travel contract! The room was very spacious and had more than enough room to store anything i had brought with me. The desk was perfect for my computer set up and would be perfect for anyone wanting to have a gaming set up. Phillip was a more than awesome host and was very nice with anything I needed or had questions about. This house was in a great neighborhood and had a Walmart down the street which made getting groceries convenient. 10/10 would recommend this location and i would stay here again if i could!!
