Cozy 1-bedroom Cottage-Style In-law Unit with Private Entrance and Modern Amenities in a Gated Community

Perfect space for a comfortable stay away from home

This place is perfect if you're looking for a good launch point as a commuter and want a safe place to stay with all the conveniences of home! The full kitchen, washer/dryer and very comfortable bed room plus safe private parking were all highlights for me as I was commuting to work. This place is like 2 minutes to the freeway and major highways. The gated neighborhood feels completely safe, I had no hesitations as a single woman staying here, though I didn't walk around outside of the gated neighborhood. The space is splenty spacious for 1 person, my only complaint was the bathroom sink is a bit small but workable. This space has great high ceilings and it stays nice and cool even on 90F days. She provides heaters for when it is chilly and I utilized them a few mornings and the place heats up nicely. Caroline is a perfect host and was very easy to communicate with if anything popped up. I would definitely stay here again!
