Fully Renovated Historic Rowhouse in Historic Anacostia

Nice place

I stayed here for three months. It's about a 15 minute walk to the metro station and is serviced by several bus stops; without a car or bike, getting into the city takes about 20-30 minutes, getting to a grocery store takes about 30. There's a nearby bike trail and community pool, too. Very pretty and modern house with a lot of amenities. Brent's a great landlord and helped me with any problems I had immediately.

Beautiful Home in DC

My Roommate Emelyn and I had the pleasure of making this our home in DC for 6 months and I cannot thank Brent & his family enough. This house looks even better in person, everything is well designed, modern and made perfectly. We hosted many friends and family during our stay while everyone felt warm, cozy, safe, and spacious. This house has everything you can think of and more. Parking was always available, right near everything within the city, 15 mins from many hospitals and easy to uber when you don't want to drive. Brent made us feel very safe and welcomed during our time in DC and if I ever come back to DC I will be returning. Thanks for being the best Landlord, Brent and his family are awesome!
