Perfect Spot in the Heart of Midtown
I had a fantastic 7-month stay at this property! The host was extremely professional and maintained great communication throughout the entire stay. The location is unbeatable, being right next to Piedmont Park, while still feeling private. Having parking included was also a huge plus while being in the heart of Midtown. I highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a perfect place to stay in Midtown!
Great Place on the Park!
259 is a charming, low-rise condo building located in the heart of Midtown Atlanta — a minute walk from Piedmont Park and Colony Square. The unit itself is bright, spacious, and well-appointed. And because it doesn’t face the street, it is surprisingly quiet! As a renter for over a year, I greatly enjoyed accessibility to all Atlanta has to offer, as well as quiet retreat that was seemingly always within walking distance of where I was. In a city marked by sprawl and traffic, it was a truly “big city” living where walkability was paramount.
