Wonderful Space, Highly Recommend

I had a wonderful time staying in Richmond. I primarily communicated with Sarah, and she was nothing but helpful! Initially she provided me with a virtual tour where everything looked just as it did in the pictures, and upon arrival that remained true. The room itself is quite spacious for a private room, with a comfortable bed, TV, and cozy closet. I also brought in a desk that fit in nicely and was able to decorate the space how I desired. In my 3 months I never experienced any problems with the room or appliances, other than when I first moved in something was wrong with the dryer, but that was fixed within the week! Further, I also needed a new remote for the TV and Sarah was incredibly proactive in ordering me one. Overall I had a great time staying here and would recommend it to anyone who is looking to stay in Richmond, while living in a little bit of a quieter spot just outside the downtown.
