The house is very peaceful, with a huge backyard and patio area, lots of lounging space, a jacuzzi tub, a swing, fruit trees, and views of the valley.

Large stylish and modern room with a murphy bed and separate office area. The house is in Woodland Hills, just off of Ventura blvd and very close to the 101 freeway, as well as shops, restaurants, and grocery places such as Ralphs, Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, Target etc. Very peaceful and quiet. Large private driveway, and nice mountain views.
