Great spot!

Stayed here for a month while checking out the RiNo area, this place is in a great spot, close enough to walk to the night life but also far enough to not hear it at night, a few parks all within walking distance made it a great spot for me and my dog

Ten week rental, couple in their mid-late 20's

Awesome spot! Cool, comfortable townhome with exposed brick, wood floors, and tons of charm. Also has a great backyard set-up with a patio and grill! Phenomenal central location in RiNo but on a residential street. Nelson, the landlord, was responsive, helpful, and friendly. Can't say enough good things about this place, would definitely stay again.

Charming, Spacious Stay in the Heart of RiNo Would Definitely Return!

I had a wonderful experience staying in this short-term lease in RiNo. The space itself is spacious, comfortable, and full of characterespecially the exposed brick, which adds a ton of charm and warmth to the atmosphere. The location is fantastic, with countless great restaurants, breweries, and coffee shops just a short walk away. Its also very convenient for getting around the city. Whether youre here for work or fun, this spot makes a great home base. Id absolutely stay here again!
