Great place and even greater landlady downstairs
Wonderful location close in town on quiet street in Roseburg. Anita is thoughtful, fair, and easy to live above. She has cats but they never crossed the threshold into the upstairs space, and neither did Anita without communicating well in advance. The space is large and comfortable. I really can't say enough good things. Be aware there are exterior stairs to the front door.
