Constant noise of water from apartments above it. Awkward to enter from building. Spent a month with no dishwasher after being told 3 times it would be replaced. Flooring pulls up and is loose. Was covered with a rug and told it was fine. Was told the unit was being taken off the market so my lease wouldn't be renewed. Clearly not the case. Parking listed as included in rent. Not true. Unit attached to unoccupied business suite also owned by slumlord. Hallway shared with public restrooms. Couch covered in stains and springs missing beyond its years of use. Was blamed for thread failing apart on back cushions. Agreed to give up part of deposit just to end any conversation with owner. Great example of who not to be with my own units I own.
