Just Renovated, Close to Hospitals, Convenient, 2 Bd, 1.5 Ba, Dog Friendly, 25 min to New Albany

Nice Enough

We were the first to stay in this property since it was renovated. There were several things that needed fixed right off the bat, but I imagine the next tenants will have less issues. The property itself is nice on the inside. We were able to park 2 cars within the gated fence so we weren't parked on the street. Ursula was very responsive and we appreciated that. The neighborhood is less than great though -did not feel safe walking around alone as a woman.
