I had to find a new place quickly and Jessica was super quick responding to my message, offered multiple days to come look at the rental, and super accommodating! I loved the place and wish every rental was just like it. Had a couple issues with some mechanical work and Jessica and maintenance took care of the things that needed work promptly without any hassle! After having to leave and move on to the next assignment, Jessica was quick to return my security deposit without any issue! Loved the place and hope to return soon!

First I would like to say that the response time from the owner is not top notch! I have reached out multiple time after my stay due to an over charge on the rent. She has not responded and I have sent several messages. I am a travel nurse and have stayed at a lot of places and not only that but I also have a rental property that my husband and I manage and if there is any communication form any tenant then we always respond and try to meet their needs. In addition to the over charge of $200.00 there is also a mildew smell in the kitchen after a very good cleaning done by myself. The upstairs is hot on warm days because its only a one unit home. I would not have given a bad review but without any communication form the owner I hope to warn others before renting this house. She even admitted after the payment that there was an over charge but nothing ever was done to return the money.
