Amazing house and great location

As a young female alone, this house couldn't have been better. I always felt safe and was surrounded by a great community that helped me move my things when I needed help. If you like to go for walks, there is a perfect trail, not even a two-minute walk from the house. It is a paved trail about 4 miles long. You can also walk into town and watch the baseball games. I loved the house, it is small but perfect. Very clean when I moved in, and had everything needed when I got there. The fireplace is nice at night to set the mood. Heated bathroom floors were perfect, and the AC kept the house cold in the heat. If I could have stayed there longer, I would have. You will love it.

Fantastic & Convenient stay

I loved my stay @ the Steiny House, I felt at home, was almost sorry to leave. It was very cozy, and very warm during the snow storm, the driveway was perfectly cleaned of snow by the following morning. The tiny house was very spacious inside, and all cosmetics needs were addressed, even a diswasher. I was 10 minutes away from work, and walking distance from the Y. If i'm ever in Kannapolis again I would definately stay there again, I cannot say enough about the Steiny House, Shelly and her husband were the perfect host.

I loved living at Steiny Houses

I lived here as a travel nurse and absolutely loved it. The tiny home was adorable, very cozy, clean, and well-maintained. Maintenance was always prompt, and Shelly and her husband were amazing about addressing anything I needed quickly. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Shelly and her husband were also incredibly friendly and welcoming from day one. I would definitely live here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, cozy place to stay!

Beautiful home and great location

My stay at the Steiny houses was wonderful! The home was the perfect size for me and felt very spacious on the inside. The location is great and is a <5 min walk from the gym and right around the corner of walking trails that can take you to down town Kannapolis. The quiet neighborhood had lovely neighbors that were always willing to chat! Shelly was GREAT she answered within the hour any time I needed anything! They have thought of everything for your stay including heated bathroom floors, TV that can be viewed in the living room and bed room, and new appliances. The home felt cozy and clean. I would absolutely stay here again!

Amazing stay

I really enjoyed my stay at this tiny house! Despite its size, the layout is incredibly well thought out and makes the space feel much larger than youd expect. Its cozy without feeling cramped, and everything is set up in a way thats both functional and stylish. One of the best parts was how conveniently located it wasso close to everything I needed, which made getting around super easy. Overall, a great experience that made me appreciate how much comfort and space a tiny house can actually offer!
