I highly recommend this place. The landlord is a very kind and helpful person. The great location and very friendly neighbors make it a really comfortable and pleasant place to live.

Great Location & Accomodations

My husband and I stayed here with our two dogs for about 4 months and had a wonderful experience! We were walking distance from all restaurants and the pier. We had ample room inside of the condo for all of our belongings and everything was well stocked. We had no need to bring anything as there was every appliance, pot, pan, and utensil that we would need already there! There were several balconies where you can enjoy a view of the ocean and breathtaking sunrises and sunsets. The host was easy to get ahold of and very responsive for any questions we had throughout our stay. We were close to everything in the area, and most grocery stores were only a short drive away! We also had great access to bike or walk the strand. I cannot recommend this enough! Thank you Christopher for a great experience in IB!
