Generously sized bedroom and closet, 3 shared "living rooms" with TVs, basement wet bar, new appliances, convenient location, updated/nice home in sought-after neighborhood in Springfield, two Golden Retrievers to love you! Must be dog-lover. Please note this is my home/residence, not a full private property.

Large first floor bedroom with generous closet across from 1 of 2 full bathrooms. Technically a shared bathroom, but 80% of the time, it will be yours. Queen bed, l-desk, dresser and night stand. Nice size closet. There is also a finished basement with living room, bar, and extra bedroom. The basement room has an accordion door and borders laundry room. Currently live alone and seeking dog-loving tenant.

Home away from home
Staying here truly felt like a home away from home. Kristen has a gift for making you feel instantly welcome-like you're not just a guest, but a longtime friend. She opens her home in such a warm, easy way that it feels like youve been roommates for years. Her two gold retrievers are absolute sweethearts, full of love and always happy to be around you, which makes the stay even more special. Kristen is so easy to connect withI had a blast going out with her and honestly wish I hadnt been working nights so we couldve spent more time together. You dont just leave with a great experience, you leave with a new friend. The house itself is incredibly warm, cozy, and inviting. It's truly a special place Id stay again in a heartbeat.
