Disappointing Experience

Im leaving this review to share my honest experience as a former tenant. While I appreciated the location of the apartment, my time living in the apartment was disappointing overall. From the start, the unit was not prepared to a basic standard of cleanliness or comfort. I had to clean toilet stains, mold out of the shower upon my arrival. Essential items like pillows and clean sheets were not provided, which made it feel like my well-being as a tenant was considered. There was also a lack of transparency around utilities. I was told Cynthia would contribute $80/month toward electricity, but I didn't receive any consistent updates or proof of billing until the end of the lease, which was frustrating and unprofessional. Overall, I wouldnt recommend this rental unless significant improvements are made to how the property is managed and maintained. Basic comfort, communication, and safety should be a priority.
