I'm a retired Aerospace Engineer currently living in southern California. I own a 4 bedroom house with pool. I'm purchasing a home in Dallas/Ft Worth area and plan to split my time between both properties as my son lives in in Texas. I would like to rent 2 bedrooms in my California home to help cover some of the carrying costs. Most of my time will be spent in Texas. When I am in California, I spend my day gardening, creating art and roller skating. I have a home gym that I use daily and a pool which is where I spend most of the day.
