The Sun Palm house is a lovingly restored Victorian that has been remodeled into 4 private one bedroom apartments. We have on site parking and beautiful garden setting surrounding the building. Located just a few blocks off State st. It is very walkable and also has freeway access 2 blocks away.

The Boho Victorian is a one bedroom apartment with a queen bed. It has a small kitchenette with full size fridge and stove/ oven. The apartment also has a cozy private balcony with small table and chairs to enjoy an outdoor meal or coffee. Shared laundry is available in upstairs foyer right outside apartment entrance. We take great pride in creating a space that feels light, bright, and inspiring to our guests!
