Be Careful: Deposit Dispute After Move-Out
We rented this property for three months. During the tenancy everything was normal. However, the experience after move-out was extremely disappointing. The landlord ignored the move-out evidence, made unfounded accusations, and tried to justify withholding the security deposit rather than resolving the matter fairly. The landlord’s behavior after move-out was extremely disappointing and deeply troubling.
