Charming and quirky vintage Portland style. This four-plex was build in 1910 at the end of the trolley line. It was rehabbed in the late 1990's with custom Pratt and Larson tile and an upgraded layout. It still retains its historic charm with original doors, windows, and woodwork. Steps to everything you'd need to experience Portland culture.
Charming and spacious apartment in historic fourplex. Ground floor, shared washer and dryer in basement, ample closet space. Custom tile and original artwork.
Perfectly located in Kerns, one of the hottest neighborhoods in the U.S. Bike and walking-friendly and close to two bus lines; no need for a car, although street parking is available. Steps to Whole Foods, the historic Laurelhurst Theater, and 28th Ave's Restaurant Row. Lots to explore and enjoy.
Look nowhere !!
I had the pleasure of staying at Nancy's place for three months, and I can honestly say she is one of the kindest and most thoughtful hosts I've ever met. From day one, she made me feel completely at home and was always available whenever I needed anything. She genuinely cares about her guests and goes above and beyond to make sure they're comfortable. One thing I'll never forget is when I had to leave unexpectedly due to a family emergency. My flight was at an incredibly early hour, and without hesitation, Nancy woke up at 4 AM to personally drive me to the airport. That level of kindness and generosity is incredibly rare, and I'm so grateful for everything she did. Her home is clean, cozy, beautifully maintained, and has everything you need for both short and long stays. The room was comfortable, the common areas were always spotless, and the neighborhood felt safe and peaceful. It truly became a home away from home.
