Ive been traveling for a year in healthcare, and this has been, without a doubt, my best rental experience. The space was spotless, comfortable, and filled with natural light from the many windows, offering beautiful views that made every day feel a little brighter. The neighborhood was peaceful yet convenient, Sam and Charlie were truly exceptional hosts - kind, responsive, and always willing to help with anything I needed. They went above and beyond to make sure my stay was enjoyable and stress-free. I couldnt have asked for a better place or better people to rent from. I would recommend this home without hesitation to anyone looking for a welcoming and hassle-free stay.

I am writing this review in regard to Sam as a landlord. I rented from her at a different property from 2018-2020. Sam is a great person to rent from. She is very easy to communicate with and prompt in addressing any issues or concerns I had as a tenant (which was very minimal). I enjoyed my experience renting from Sam. I wish more landlords were like her.
