"I would have given 5 stars if we had received our full deposit back. Weve stayed in many furnished homes without any issues and have always had our deposits returned. Here, youre required to pay a deposit plus a non-refundable pet fee, and then they still want to charge for cleaning services afterwardwhich should be the owners responsibilityas well as expect you to replace their items. You cant claim to have a pet-friendly home if your furnishings arent pet-friendly."
