Excellent!

Living at Joes house was amazing! The sounds of the seagulls and barks from the seals were just added benefits. Monterey is a beautiful city and Joes place makes it even better. He was an outstanding host and made me feel like I was more than just a guest in his home. I will always cherish the conversations we had together and how he was able to make my long term stay in Monterey a home away from home. 5 Stars.

Best find!

This past summer, I stayed in Joes apartment for about 9 weeks while I was working my internship for NOAA at Heritage Harbor. I biked everywhere, being close to downtown Monterey, Cannery row, and Pacific Grove was great. Being right next to the park was a bonus for the serenity. The area is very safe and all of the people are very friendly. The apartment is beautiful, with natural light filling all the rooms with a beautiful view of the water from the kitchen. The kitchen was a perfect size for me while staying there, it was fully equipped with a cooktop, fridge, pots, pans, blender, and I bought a toaster oven to leave there :) The extra room was a great space for an in-home gym and desk to make the whole place feel larger. Joe is friendly and kind, always willing to help out and flexible with issues-- he was the best landlord that I could have asked for!

Peaceful retreat

Joe's upstairs apartment is a gem. I only stayed a few days while visiting friends and he was kind enough to let me try out his new listing. What I found was a private, quite retreat with a fabulous view. The bed is new and very comfortable, the exercise room is a bonus! The kitchen was well-equipped for my needs. Seems Joe has thought of everything to make this apartment a home away from home.
