Private room and bath in clean, quiet home

Our home is a four bedroom, three bath, only occupied by us (a couple), with two friendly short-haired dogs and sweet short-haired cat. We both work full-time so are usually only home nights and weekends relaxing, playing games, and cooking nice meals.
