Lifesaver!!

We needed a place to stay while our home was being built. Kathy was great and the house was fantastic. Very quiet area and we actually had deer in the backyard!

Kathy is absolutely wonderful! We ended up here for a longer stretch of six weeks and completely loved the home. It is quiet and charming, and Kathy thought of just about everything to ensure a comfortable stay. It was clean and cozy, and has plenty of closet and storage space. Amazing place!

Kathy is amazing! She's incredibly respectful, communicative, and genuinely nice. An absolute pleasure to interact with. The house itself is charming and has a cozy feel, but still offers plenty of room to spread out, especially with the spacious downstairs living area. The kitchen, while small, is surprisingly functional with lots of great cabinet space. The fenced backyard is really nice especially for having dogs. Plus, the neighborhood is quiet and feels very safe a great place to come home to. Highly recommend!

I had the luxury of staying here for about a year or so and had no issues whatsoever so ever. Kathy was very quick to make sure any repairs to be done or if any other issues arose. The house is very neat and put together and has some nifty little amenities like an electric teapot and a kuerig machine. And the fire pit in the backyard with a stocked woodpile is also a nice plus for the chilly fall nights outside with some friends. 10/10 would stay here again. She even has someone do the lawn work and thats a nice thing having. A busy schedule.
