Peaceful All-Utilities Paid Casita Near Trails

Just perfect

Pedros studio is really nice. I stayed there for 3 months while looking at houses to buy in Ashland and my stay was even better than expected. The studio is very confortable and has everything you would need even in a small place. It is also well decorated and I always felt at home at his place. Besides the place, Pedro was extremely accommodating with me in order to make my stay very comfortable. I feel that I made a new friend in town and I am sure I will see him again.

Great Space

I had a wonderful time staying at Pedro's amazing casita. He was more than accommodating and his place is beautiful. The trails by this casita are to die for. I will miss it very much.

Highlight of Ashland

I stayed at Pedros cottage for 10 weeks while completing an internship in Ashland, and I can not begin to describe how accommodating Pedro and his son were of me. From letting me using the laundry machine within their home, setting up a mailbox for me and installing a desk when they learned Id be writing for my internship, they did everything. The sectioned off backyard provided a haven after a long days work, both for me and my cat. The best part of my stay, though, was the nights. The light pollution in the area was so minimal that I swear I saw more stars from the backyard than I ever have before. That, and the sound of crickets and rain lulling me to sleep. Thank you, Pedro, for the stay.

An Ashland oasis :)

Pedros place was the greatest find! Its a perfect location in Ashland, close to downtown but also outside of it for outside zen tranquility. Not only did he include every basic amenity you could want as a traveler, but even more so to the details of extras (I was coming from Hawaii and he left Kona coffee for me). The place is super spacious, has a full kitchen, laundry, one of the most comfiest beds and air conditioning. Pedro is honestly one of the best landlords Ive had. I wished I couldve stayed longer :)
