Neighborhood overview
Neighborhood is quiet and close (7-8min drive) to downtown Nevada City and Grass Valley and only 5min from Sierra Nevada Hospital! Situated in a canyon so enjoy the tree-top views. I like hiking around the neighborhood and can recommend some good walking loops, but there's not too much flat so likely challenging to navigate with a traditional bike. Local food co-op is just 3 min drive and walkable to NU high school.
