This is an older house (a bit funky), but wee love it. There is plenty of space inside and the outside (front and back) are nice areas to spend time. It is simple but has everything you need. The neighborhood is quiet and full of friendly people. We want people who will enjoy being in a peaceful neighborhood and aren't looking to have big parties.
