Phenomenal

I had the pleasure of staying in this unit for a month while on a travel assignment and I can say the host goes above and beyond! The hospitality began before I even arrived, Nicholas checked on me during my 15hr drive and was even willing to wait up for me to arrive around 2am! He was pleasant, offered to help bring my bags in, recommended some amazing places to eat and things to do and was available anytime day or night if I needed something! I couldn't have dreamed of a better experience! The unit is exactly as advertised, is bigger than I expected it to be and the bed is so comfy! It's on a quiet street and is close to gas stations, convenience stores, shopping, Walgreens, restaurants, etc. If you are finding yourself needing a place to stay in Orange NJ consider staying here, you won't regret it!

We stayed at Nicholass place for a few weeks, and it was truly a wonderful experience. The home was clean, comfortable, and fully furnished with everything we needed. Nicholas went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortablehe checked in on us regularly to see if we needed anything and was always kind and respectful. He even made sure we had drinking water available, which was such a thoughtful touch. You can tell he genuinely cares about his guests. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend his place to anyone looking for a stress-free, welcoming stay. May the Lord bless you beyond your imagination .

Wonderful Stay

This property was exactly as advertised! The host was fantastic, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay. The comfortable sleeping arrangements made for a restful night, with cozy beds and ample space throughout the home. The layout was spacious, giving plenty of room to relax and unwind. The property also had excellent security with cameras around the entire house.The 65-inch smart TV with surround sound and streaming services was a bonus! The shower, with LED lights and 8 jets, was a true luxury experience. The neighborhood was peaceful, with friendly and welcoming locals, making it feel safe and inviting. Ill definitely be back! Highly recommend this place!

I recently had the opportunity to rent a basement apartment, and I have to say, its been a wonderful experience overall. Located in a quiet neighborhood, it provides a great balance of privacy and convenience. The apartment is surprisingly spacious for a basement rental. The open layout of the living area makes it feel much larger than expected. Despite being a basement, it stays relatively warm in the winter, and the air conditioning works well during the summer months. For the price, it offers great value. Its much more affordable compared to apartments in the area, making it perfect for anyone on a budget. The apartment is in a great location, just a short drive from the city, with easy access to public transportation, grocery stores, and parks. Its also quite peaceful, which makes it ideal for anyone looking for a quiet, private place. Lastly, The landlord has been very responsive and easy to communicate with. Any issues or concerns I had were addressed quickly.
