Capitol Hill Sanctuary

I lived at Rory's house for 5 months from February - June and it was a wonderful experience! On the neighborhood east end of Capitol Hill this area has the best place for neighborhood walks to Macrina on 19th as well as other shops easily accessible on the street as well. The house itself is very secure with easy backyard access and has a full sized kitchen as well as great amenities such as large TV with Roku comfortable couch and closet/ dresser. Easy parking around the corner but also on or a block away from 4 major bus lines that will easily take you E/W or N/S across the entire city and easy lightrail access.

Perfect location!!

I loved my four month stay at Rorys place! The location could not be more perfect. The apartment was super cute and had everything you needed and was in a very safe neighborhood. I walked or bused everywhere! Rory was very attentive and a great landlord. If I was back in Seattle I would definitely stay here again!
