We live on a private driveway, with only two other families. The ADU is behind our house. Uncovered parking close to cottage, behind a locked gate, with in a mile of the I-10 freeway. Close to Starbucks and multiple eateries, gyms, stores, shops, and gas stations . Very quiet at night. .
