This was my first experience with Furnished Finder and I must say, I couldn't have chosen a better spot. I absolutely loved my time here! Jen (the owner) is fantastic. She's incredibly kind, thoughtful, and courteous. She offered great suggestions for food and hikes in the area. She communicates extremely well and is very respectful of your space and privacy. She's also amazingly accommodating and willing to do whatever she can to make you as comfortable as possible. Simply put, Jen is awesome. The basement apartment is wonderful as well. It's spacious, comfy, and feels very "homey." There is ample storage space and I was able to host guests quite easily. There's a smart tv provided and offers any streaming service you have a membership with. You'll also have a kitchenette in the apartment, which is fully stocked with a ton of cooking supplies, and you also have access to the kitchen upstairs. There's a joint washer/dryer unit on the main floor, which is very cool. The front and back yards are both great and have awesome decks that are perfect for outdoor hangouts, especially with how often the sun shines here! Lastly, the location is fantastic. It's a very safe neighborhood that offers a tennis court, a basketball court, and even a community pool that are all very close by. The Coal Creek Golf Course is within walking distance and there are great trails and hikes not too far away. The area offers a good amount of restaurants and stores - including Costco and Target - just a short drive away (within a few miles). Overall, I couldn't be happier with my experience here. Anyone who is lucky enough to stay at this lovely home will love it!

Great location & updated space

This location cannot be beat! Quick access to Louisville, Boulder and open space all around. Updated comfortable quiet living space with private bathroom & fenced yard. Highly recommend!
