New Charming 1-bedroom apt near historic areas and hospitals in New Braunfels

Ideal Location!

I loved my stay. The apartment was spotless and quiet, with everything a fully furnished one-bedroom should have, enabling me to settle in immediately. The location can't be beat: about 10 minutes from the Gruene Historic District, 15 from downtown New Braunfels, and surrounded by great coffee shops and activities. Personality: I loved Kora Kora Coffee shop; did several remote working sessions from there :) I would stay again in a heartbeat and recommend it without hesitation.

This place was perfect for me. Had everything I needed. I felt safe to go for a walk in the night in this quiet neighborhood. Close by everything I could need. Good find!

Casa Koleta is just beautiful!

The moment I walked in, it felt like home! So warm, inviting, cozy, and so elegant. I felt like I was in a magazine. This locations was is so quite, and not to far for fun, activities, restaurants, and more! Austin isn't to far either for a day trip. I loved the private entrance the most! This will be my home-away-from home whenever I'm in New Braunfels.

From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and completely at ease. The space is impeccably maintained and thoughtfully designed, creating an atmosphere that is both cozy and elegant. I was amazed by how accessible everything was. With IH 35 nearby, getting to Austin or San Antonio was effortless. The private entrance made my stay feel even more exclusive, allowing me to fully relax and enjoy my surroundings. Having on-site parking was a huge plus, and every amenity was provided to make life easy. The warm and inviting atmosphere truly made this feel like a home-away-from-home.
