Very nice apartment. 10/10 recommend.
I originally wrote such a huge review because this place was so amazing and later realized I can only use 1000 characters. 1000 characters does not do this apartment justice. I can confidently say this has been the best landlord experience I’ve had. Raf was incredibly accommodating from the start, especially since I found the place last minute. He made everything smooth and was always quick to help. If I needed anything, he took care of it right away. He’s genuinely kind and thoughtful (even cleared snow so I could get my car out). The area is excellent, with Stop & Shop, Aldi, ShopRite, Starbucks, and Dunkin' all within a 5-minute walk. The bus stop is 8 minutes away, with SIM1/SIM1C taking you directly into NYC. The place is clean, quiet, newly renovated, and fully furnished with everything you need. Safe neighborhood, respectful neighbors. Truly felt like home I’ll miss staying here!

Great Stay!
Stayed here for three months while relocating to NYC. Property is excellent with all the amenities you would need to live comfortably. Host was so helpful showing me how to get to work- first time on mass transit. Would highly recommend this property. Felt very safe and close to anything you would need- shopping, restaurants, bus, etc.

Awesome place
Location is super close to a shopping center and 10-15 minutes away from the Staten Island University Hospital (North campus). Great place for medical students and also traveling healthcare workers. Parking spot was a plus. Bedroom felt cozy and bathroom was super nice. Quiet and safe area with park nearby and walkable distance to the shopping center.

Ideal size and location!!
this location was ideal for any traveling healthcare worker. being right next to the grocery stores and shopping center was convenient. right next to seaview hospital 10 mins down the road. the landlords were fantastic, helpful and understanding and above all, timely responsiveness. the place is modern and homey. additionally the parking spot sold me. it's so hard to find parking and having one right outside was AMAZING. great place!!
