Wonderful Experience - Highly Recommend!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience! The room was beautiful, exceptionally clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully furnished with everything needed for a pleasant stay. The home was welcoming, peaceful, and very well maintained. The location was convenient, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. The host was fantastic-friendly, professional, accommodating, and always attentive to making sure everything was perfect. It truly felt like a home away from home. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a comfortable, safe, and welcoming place to stay. I would absolutely stay here again!

This landlord has withheld a security deposit of $2,250 WITHOUT giving a lease and is being taken to court. Very rude, unprofessional, and condescending. I would not recommend doing business with this landlord at all. As travel nurses we deserve a good experience and this was not offered at all. DO NOT STAY HERE

Convenient Location

Convenient location, but plagued by severe lack of communication and transparency. Check-in instructions came last minute on move-in day. As a first-time FF user, it was a mistake to Zelle a $2k deposit 2 months early without a written lease, which arrived only 1 week prior. Despite a $250 cleaning fee, bedsheets were unwashed. It took 41 days to get my deposit back. I was charged for a pre-existing counter chip because I didn't report it day 1, so hotograph EVERYTHING upon arrival. I had to gather repair quotes myself to expedite my refund. An extra guest charge was never refunded despite my child leaving after night 1; the landlord dodged my questions for weeks before claiming "no refunds." When I pushed for my deposit after weeks of delays, she became condescending and unprofessional. Street parking is limited, no beach view, and the landlord is out of town often. Inspect everything immediately.

Great short term stay in Ventura

This is a great short term option if you're in Ventura for work/pleasure! Rachel is very responsive and the apartment is very nice (only 5 min from the water). I would definitely stay here again!
