Beautiful new ADU centrally located in LA

My wife and I moved into this unit for a short-term stay as we sought out long-term housing. The house (a standalone ADU behind a front house that is a duplex) was fantastic and so was the host, Olivia, who greeted us with wine, flowers, and a charcuterie board. The unit is brand new and fully furnished with everything you need (fully stocked kitchen, bathroom, linens, washer/dryer, workspace, AC, TV with cable, and even a yoga mat). All you need to bring is your own clothes! Street parking is almost always available with a shared driveway and there is a garage to use for storage (that we used to store all the extra stuff we brought and didn't need since the house is so well stocked). Olivia was a very accommodating host and kind enough to let us get a puppy from a neighbor who had a litter and was looking to give them to folks in the community. The neighborhood is also safe, super walkable for LA, and very charming. I'd gladly recommend this stay to anyone!
