Bay Area Gem!

I stayed here for 6 months as a travel nurse and would absolutely stay again if Im ever back in the area. The studio is modern, clean, and very thoughtfully designed for both short and long stays. It really has everything you need to feel comfortable! The landlords were so kind, responsive, and easy to communicate with, which made the whole experience even better. I never had any issues during my stay. Great central location too, very convenient for essentials, and my commutes to UCSF and Highland were both very manageable. Highly recommend!

The Perfect Place to Stay!

This is the perfect place to stay! The studio is spacious and includes everything you would need. You will have all cooking essentials, a washer/dryer, a complete full kitchen, and WiFi/TV. Yes, the studio is attached to the main home, but there's only one entrance with an external door. You will have your own spacious patio with seating and a beautiful view of the Bay. Free street parking is available. Pet-friendly, but I would recommend a small breed due to the size of the studio. The neighborhood is safe and filled with the most friendly people. My dog and I made many friends from walking around the neighborhood. The owners (+their family) are soooo nice! They are hospitable, respectful, and quiet. They are always available if there are any questions or concerns. The owners do their best to make the studio feel like home.
