Peace and perfection
Having lived here for 3.5 years with privacy, peace and feeling safe, I cant say enough good things. If I wasnt moving out of the country, I wouldnt be leaving. There is nothing this home is missing. We have loved living here and enjoying all of the amenities from the amazing private fully equipped outdoor space including the Meyer lemon tree to the en-suite coffee bar/laundry room and bathroom with tub to the ocean view as you open the secured coded gate entry to your own little oasis. Its perfect for one two people, a couple or roomies given it has two bathrooms. We lucked out when we found this place and its ready for its next lucky tenant.
