Awesome place!

Great stay. The ADU was super clean, in an awesome location, and exactly as described. J.J. was very responsive whenever I had a question. Would definitely stay again.

The place was just what I was looking for a couple months. I loved the location and how walkable everything was from it. The bed was comfortable, the smart tv and couch setup was great. I was a little worried about the lack of an oven, but the convection microwave actually cooked frozen pizzas well. I have no complaints. The landlord was also really laid back and easy to work with. I'd definitely recommend this unit.

Great place to rent

We stayed in this ADU rental for 90 days. It is modern and easy to live in. The landlord was very responsive to all our needs and the home owners were wonderful. The property is in a great location, right near many eateries and Drake Park. I recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a home away from home.
